Commissions are for personal use, unless we've discussed commercial fees beforehand.

Personal use includes: icons, headers, decorations for profiles/pages, uploads to character galleries, stream graphics.

I forbid the use of my art in block chain, crypto, NFT, or anything related.

Do NOT feed my artwork into AI. Do NOT recreate your commission with AI.

Please watermark my art with either your username or mine if you plan to post it publicly.

You may NOT use commissioned/gifted/traded artwork if you are not the intended recipient.

I reserve the right to post commissions to my galleries or use as examples.

I reserve the right to deny any commission if I'm uncomfortable or feel it's outside of my abilities.

Prices vary depending on the type of commission, each opening has its own rules when I open them, please read them to make sure.

Payment is made through PayPal and USD only and must be made in full upfront, otherwise I won't get started.

I only show WIPs for certain types of commissions, generally larger ones.

During this process, you're allowed to ask for changes.

You may ask for changes with the finished commission if it's something minor or a mistake on my part.

Big changes or changes requested because I wasn't provided sufficient information on your part may result in an extra fee.

Turnaround times vary. It can be 2 weeks to a month or 2-3 months or longer, depending on how busy I am. Please be aware my schedule fluctuates, and if you're not okay with a long wait, I advise against commissioning me.

However, please know I'll get your commission done even if I do take a while.

I don't mind being asked for updates, but please do not message me every few days or I'll simply refund you.

I do not give full refunds once the commission is finished.

If the finished commission isn't up to par with the examples I provided, I can offer a half refund.

You may request a refund in the case of emergencies or once 2 months have passed and your commission hasn't been started.

Please understand I may not have the money on hand if you request a refund, so it can take a few days.

Please ask me beforehand if you'd like to edit my art to match a character redesign so I know it'll be edited.

Color edits are generally always okay.

Line art edits are dependent on what you want edited. I don't like others editing my line art, but I'm usually okay with editing it for you.

If the edits require a little more work, there may be a small fee.

Adopts are for personal use only. I do not allow commercial use at this time.

I sell my designs through flat sales, auctions, or OTAs (offer-to-adopt). Please look out for them if you're interested.

By purchasing an adopt from me, you have the right to create a story for that character and claim them as your own.

You may not claim the design or artwork as yours.

I do not allow co-owning.

I do not offer refunds on adoptables.

Please credit my toyhouse if you're uploading my designs there.

For non-CS designs, you may create twins or relatives for them with similar colors/design scheme.

For CS designs, you may not create twins or relatives. These can only be purchased through sales/auctions from me or MYO (make-your-own) slots if provided.

Edits to my designs/artwork are okay, so long as the design still retains some of its original form.

If you're not sure, feel free to message me and ask.

You may resell a design for the price you paid, in addition to commissioned artwork you've purchased.

Once a design is traded, it loses all monetary value and may not be resold.

You may gift an adopt.

Once a design is resold/traded/gifted, you cannot force anyone to give it back.
